It was fixed with a drop of Loctite -- applied by my friendly local watchmaker, as I would have glued my fingers to the case if I'd tried it myself. If so, it's off to Breitling. It was a generous gift and was wondering if anyone had any idea on what this might cost to repair. I wound up my Super Avenger to get it going again, pulled the crown out to set the time, and *POP* the crown fell off. Also, there was some surface rust under where the crown should have still been attached.
