On the inside of your clasp, find the center hole where the nub of the clasp thingy goes into. With your thumb, push/pinch as hard as you can on the metal right next to that hole on whatever side the push button is stuck and it should pop right out.Inside the clasp, the buttons are connected to small plates. The plates are held in place by friction and two little springs. The springs jump out of the track (folded metal part in the bottom right of the picture) and jam. I bought my Seamaster Planet Ocean about 8 months ago and just had one of the clasp release buttons stick. I had to remove 2 screws to remove the watch and will be sending it in for repairs as soon as I make it back to the states. Yesterday one of the clasp release buttons on the bracelet of my Seamaster 300M (current model) started getting stuck open when i push it. In other words, when i go to open the clasp, one of the buttons kind of clicks and then just stays pushed in.
