I got a Cartier Santos 100 (W20121U2) recently and am trying to get the strap replaced by Cartier. I went to the Cartier store on 5th Avenue in NYC but they said they don't offer the original strap anymore (I think the watch is from 2008). As shown in pictures, I used a screw from an extra link as a replacement. I unscrewed the screw with a 2.0 screwdriver and popped it out of place with a 1.0 screwdriver.
