I recently purchased a 14060 from one of our trusted sellers and received the watch yesterday. It is a t<25 dial and a U serial (1999). I understand that this is right in the midst of the transitional period from tritium to luminova. I have done some research and allegedly Rolex was using tritium marked dials but luminova hour plots/hands/pearls. The 14060M is discontinued in 2010 or 2011 (G series and random serial numbers, introduced somewhere in 2010). This marks the end of the two-liner era in Rolex professional watch production. The maxi-case 114060 is introduced at the 2012 BaselWorld watch show, ending the 5 digits Submariner’s hegemony over the underwater world. Posts: 2,384. Overall thoughts on a service Daytona 6265. Was close to pulling the trigger on a 6265 but it sold quick. Just curious on thoughts on a 6265 with a service dial, hands, and bezel. The tritium on the dial has aged to an attractive cream color, the hands have aged slightly lighter. Bracelet: The 11 link oyster bracelet is in excellent condition and remains tight.
